Our work is largely co-created with young people baking authenticity and relevance into the core of our approach. Through our Agents for Change leadership programme young people are trained in critical thinking, branding & communications, developing strategy and how to affect behavioural change. This recognises the value of their input; giving them high quality training and paid opportunities for involvement meaning they are able to work with us on projects and briefs in a meaningful way for them and our clients.
