What We Do
Young Giant is a youth engagement agency developing ‘institutions of the future’ through the power of young people
The world is a big place stuffed full of ideas and talent. Future-facing companies need to embrace this potential now to design services, products & spaces that helps their organisation to grow AND that positively impacts the life of young people.
We build these future-facing companies. We call them 'Institutions of the Future': brands of significance which are principled, transparent and embrace diversity of opinion, demographic, identity and talent.
To get there, we bring brands and young people together to unlock solutions to create a roadmap for the future. Through our blend of behaviour change and communications, we're able to seed new ways of doing things which:
1. Develop young people as audiences, customers and talent for organisations
2. Develop skills, confidence, networks and opportunities for young people
