We will be opening 2020 expression of interest later in the year. Keep up to date with BAIT by following us on our Instagram and Twitter.
BAIT stands for Birmingham Artivists' in Training, and that is exactly what the programme offers: a serious opportunity for committed young artists with a socially engaged practice to grow in an environment which offers structured critique, inspiration, platforms, opportunities, and guidance. BAIT helps avoid the 'emerging' label by focusing on creative, critical, and professional aspects of an artist’s career.
OverviewBAIT members will be asked to produce a total of two group sharing's (in whatever form/medium they select), one at the end of each term. They will also be expected to have finished a major individual piece of work by the time they graduate from the programme.
