Don’t Settle Overview
Don’t Settle is a three year project that empowers 16-25 year olds from minoritised communities in Birmingham and the Black Country to change the voice of heritage through the arts, research and governance. The project will work in collaboration with Birmingham Museums Trust, Chance Glass Works Heritage Trust and the Black Studies Research Cluster at Birmingham City University. Don’t Settle is funded by Heritage Lottery Fund.
We are looking for a creative and innovative independent evaluator/organisation that will undertake qualitative and quantitative research regarding the impact and efficiency of our project. They will become a partner in setting-up a continuous improvement system for the project and for the organisation.
You must have experience in working on projects with and for young people.
Applicants must think outside the box when it comes to evaluating projects.
You must have the ability and willingness to co-create evaluation tools and systems with young people.
You must share our vision and values.
You must be willing to work in Birmingham and the Black Country.
Budget: £30,000 excl. VAT, for a 3 year period
