On 20th July, the Don’t Settle Curators will be bringing Festival of Audacity to Soho House in Handsworth.
They will be hosting an interactive installation and a re-imagined tour where Matthew Boulton will come to life and get visitors to invest in his business. Festival attendees will be confronted with the true human costs of what we buy.
You will be part of a team where you’ll be:
Setting up and packing up the event.
Helping us run activities.
Helping the day run on time and to schedule.
We also offer travel expenses.
No experience hosting or liaising needed, this is a space to develop your skills. You must be 16+. Ideally from Birmingham or Black Country.
We encourage applications from those who live in the community who may have not visited the site before and would like to come closer to their local history.
Be available to attend the Induction Session on 8th July 2019.
Fill in the application below and be available for a short phone interview with the Volunteer Manager w/c 1st July.
4th July 2019, 4.30pm.
