Beatfreeks began with a simple idea: what if young people had real power to shape the world around them?
Born in Birmingham in 2013, Beatfreeks began as a space for young people to share their stories and ideas through spoken word and poetry, and grew into a global insight agency helping brands stay relentlessly relevant by listening to the next generation. We’ve worked with thousands of young people to turn their ideas into everything from brand strategy to new products to social policy, and in turn helped brands, institutions, and governments understand and engage the next generation, authentically.
At our core, we still do what we’ve always done: bridge the gap between decision‑makers and the people shaping what’s next. Through creativity, curiosity, and courage, we turn insight into impact and stories into change.

Founded by Anisa Morridadi, we’re a team of researchers, creatives, and generational experts who believe great research should be inclusive, accessible, and full of heart. Our methods blend qualitative depth, quantitative rigour, and storytelling flair, creating research experiences and human-first content people actually want to be part of.
